How to find your bills

Step-by-step instructions for every major provider. We've verified these with each provider's official support pages. Where a full PDF bill is available, we'll tell you how to get it — that's always preferable to a screenshot.

What to look for on each bill

Broadband & TV

  1. Sign in at sky.com
  2. Tap My Sky
  3. Go to Bills & Payments
  4. Select View bill on the latest bill
  5. Scroll down and tap Download bill PDF
  6. Email the PDF to us

Virgin Media

  1. Sign in at virginmedia.com
  2. Click My Virgin Media
  3. Go to Bills
  4. Click Download PDF on the latest bill
  5. Email the PDF to us
App option: Open the My Virgin Media app → tap Bills → select the latest bill → tap the download icon to save the PDF.

  1. Sign in at bt.com via My BT
  2. Go to Bills & payments
  3. Click Download PDF bill on the latest bill
  4. Email the PDF to us
BT keeps up to 15 months of bills online, so you can always access recent ones even if you missed the original email notification.

  1. Download and open the EE app
  2. Sign in with your EE account
  3. Tap Manage → Bills & Payments
  4. Tap Download your bill
  5. Select the billing period and save the file
  6. Email the PDF to us
Important: EE bill PDFs are only available through the app — the website doesn't support downloads. On iOS, tap Save to Files; on Android, open with Chrome or Adobe Acrobat to save.

  1. Download and open the EE app
  2. Sign in with your EE account
  3. Select your mobile number if prompted
  4. Tap Manage → Bills & Payments
  5. Tap Download your bill and save
  6. Email the PDF to us
Important: As with EE broadband, bill PDFs are only available through the EE app — not via the website.

  1. Sign in at vodafone.co.uk
  2. Click My Vodafone
  3. Go to Bills & Payments
  4. Click Download bill on the latest bill
  5. Email the PDF to us
App option: Open the My Vodafone app → tap Bills & Payments → tap the download icon next to the latest bill.

  2. Go to Bills & payments
  3. Click View bill on the latest bill

App option: Open the My O2 app → tap Bills → select the latest bill → download the PDF.

  2. Go to Bills
  3. Select the latest bill and download the PDF
  4. Email the PDF to us
Three sends you an SMS when your new bill is ready each month — it will include a link to log in directly.
Streaming & Subscriptions

Streaming services don't always offer a traditional bill PDF. Where a receipt or invoice can be downloaded we'll tell you how — otherwise a screenshot of your subscription or account page showing what you pay is all we need.

  1. Sign in at netflix.com
  2. Click your profile icon → Account
  3. Scroll to Plan details to see your plan and price
  4. Press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on Mac) → Save as PDF
  5. Or take a screenshot and email it to us
Netflix does not offer a direct PDF download, but you can print individual charge receipts. Go to Account → Billing details and click on a charge date to open a printable receipt.

  2. Click your profile icon → Account
  3. Go to Subscription to see your plan, price, and next billing date
  4. Take a clear screenshot of this page and email it to us

Amazon Prime Video

  1. Go to amazon.co.uk and sign in
  2. Go to Account & Lists → Your Orders
  3. Find your most recent Prime subscription charge
  4. Click the Order ID number to open the invoice
  5. Use Cmd+P / Ctrl+P → Save as PDF to save it
  6. Email the PDF to us

Spotify

  1. Go to spotify.com and sign in
  2. Click your name/profile → Account
  3. In the left panel, click Receipts
  4. Click the most recent billing date to open it
  5. Click Download at the bottom to save the receipt
  6. Email the downloaded receipt to us

Apple TV+ / Apple Music

  1. Check your Apple ID inbox — Apple emails a receipt for every charge
  2. Forward the latest receipt to us (easiest option)
  3. Or on iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
  4. Screenshot each relevant subscription and email to us
You can also view your full purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com — sign in with your Apple ID to see all charges.

Now TV
Streaming

  1. Go to nowtv.com and sign in
  2. Click your profile → My Account
  3. Go to Bills & Payments
  4. Click Download PDF next to your most recent bill
  5. Email the PDF to us
Now TV PDFs confirm your pass charges but don't include personal details like your address. That's fine — we just need to see what passes you're paying for and the amounts.
