For anyone who's been meaning to sort this out but hasn't got around to it, or who finds the whole thing overwhelming, that's a very different service.
Your part takes about five minutes — just filling in the review form. We then do the research and send your personalised report within 48 hours, usually sooner. If you decide to action any of our recommendations, most switches can be done with a single phone call or online in under ten minutes.
It happens — sometimes people are already on excellent deals, or their contracts aren't yet in a position to switch. If we can't identify an immediate saving, you'll pay the £20 review fee only and receive a written report. If there are future opportunities — contracts coming up for renewal, or savings that will be available once you're out of contract — we'll note them and be in touch when the time is right. There's no success fee until we find something worth acting on.
Being in contract isn't a reason to wait. We'll still review your full situation — including what's available now and when each contract becomes switchable. If a provider offers a switching credit that covers your exit fee, we'll flag that too. We note the key dates and opportunities in your report and follow up when you can act, so you don't miss the window.
Yes — we give you a clear, step-by-step plan, but the actual switching is done by you. We'll tell you exactly who to call, what to say, and what to watch out for. Most of our clients find it's much simpler than they expected once they have the information. If you get stuck, we're on hand to help.
