📱 A quick note on mobile bills
If you got a new phone when you signed up, your monthly bill may actually be made up of two separate charges:
1. The service plan — covers your calls, texts and data. This is the part that can be switched to a cheaper deal.
2. The phone cost — if you got a phone on the contract, part of your bill pays for the handset itself, like a monthly instalment. This runs separately and can't be switched.
Not sure? Check your bill — it may list these as two separate line items. If you only pay one amount and you didn't get a new phone, you're likely on a SIM-only plan.
Line 1 (you)
Not sure? Check your bill — some providers label this "Device Plan" or "Equipment Charge".

Only tick services you pay for separately.
Do not tick anything that is already included in your TV or broadband package. For example, if Netflix or Disney+ comes included with your Sky subscription, leave it unticked here — we will pick this up from your TV bill. If you are unsure whether something is included, leave it unticked and mention it in the final notes box.
If more than one person in your household pays for the same service separately — for example, two people each with their own Spotify account — tick the service and set the number of subscriptions to the total number paid for under your household. Include all accounts your household is paying for, even if they are billed to different people.
